Has anybody found sunhats with the flap for over ears and neck, baby is not quite six months so haven’t put sun cream on him but want his head and neck to be covered when out in the garden. I can’t find them anywhere.

Clogged milk duct

Any ideas on how to unclog a milk duct?! I’ve done heat compress, and I’ve been pumping and trying to only feed on that side. I’m going to shower in a little but nothing seams to be helping. When I pump only like half an ounce comes out. It’s hurting really bad so it needs to be taken care of soon
