Clogged milk duct

What do you guys do for a clogged milk duct? I had the stomach bug the other day and gave formula to top off since I couldn’t keep anything down but now I have a clogged duct. Also have some of the flu symptoms back, nausea, chills. Any tips would be much appreciated!!
