My baby doesnt sleep with legs straight

Almost 5 months- Ive noticed in the sleeping bag her little knees are bent so she is sleeping in frog leg position, never with legs straight. Clogged tear duct???

My babies right eye keeps having yellowish/green gunk in it. Like eye boogers. Not sure if it’s a clogged tear duct. He doesn’t seem bothered by it tho. He’s 7 weeks old
